I’m Daniel Valdes, and I help Leaders, Teams & High-Stress Professionals stay clear, calm, and effective under pressure.
After 15+ years working in high-pressure environments in London, I saw the same pattern everywhere: when stress rises, breathing tightens and with it, focus, judgment, and connection.
I know this personally. I left Barcelona, built a business, and raised a family while carrying constant pressure. What looked like success slowly became exhaustion. Learning to regulate my nervous system through breathwork, meditation, and coaching, trained in India and London, changed the way I live and work.
Today, I help people breathe under pressure, think clearly, and perform at their best, without sacrificing balance, clarity, or well-being. Because when the breath is steady, the mind follows, and everything else falls into place.
